Our Inspiration

Five years ago, I was faced with a life-changing wake-up call: my physician warned me that I was at serious risk of developing diabetes. That moment became the turning point that inspired me to take control of my health—naturally, intentionally, and sustainably.

Through deep research, personal trial and error, and a fierce commitment to myself, I began a weight loss journey that changed everything. I lost over 100 pounds and, more importantly, I learned how to nourish my body in a way that worked with my hormonal condition rather than against it. This wasn’t just about the physical transformation—it was about reclaiming my power, my health, and my future.

Now, I’ve made it my mission to be a resource for women in our community—whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your approach to wellness. At Sculpted Fitness, our team of expert female trainers and I specialize not only in the physical aspect of fitness, but also in the often-overlooked psychological side of lifestyle change.
